In order to design your treatment to your particular needs, on arrival we will ask you to complete a lifestyle questionnaire. This enables our expert therapists to understand any specific areas of concern that you may have, such as particularly painful muscles or aches and pains to work on during a massage. It also allows them to set out any aftercare which may be recommended after your treatment.
